There has been a change to the 2026 MHR Tax Form. The monthly assessments will be changed from $2.50 to $1.50. Effective January 1, 2026, the tenant will be responsible for a monthly assessment of $1.50, which will be collected by the landlord as additional rent and used to fund the Manufactured Home Owner Attorney Fund. The landlord’s portion will be zero.
