For the 4th Quarter Assessment Payments – the 2026 Tax Forms are located under Community Owners Remittance Forms.
The Monthly Assessments will be changed from $2.50 to $1.50. The Landlord portion and Tenant portion will be reduced by $1.00 each beginning with rent increases that are effective on January 1, 2026.
