MANUFACTURED HOME RELOCATION AUTHORITY
Welcome to the Delaware Manufactured Home Relocation Authority website.
The Authority is administered by a non-compensated board of directors (Board) made up of the following five voting members: One member who is appointed by the Governor from a list of at least two nominees submitted by the largest not-for-profit association representing manufactured home owners in the State; One member who is appointed by the Governor from a list of at least two nominees submitted by the largest not-for-profit association representing the manufactured home industry in this State; one member who is appointed by the Governor from the public-at-large; one member who is appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives; and, one member who is appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. One nonvoting member shall be appointed by the Attorney General, as a representative of the Consumer Protection Unit of the Justice Department, but none of the last three members listed above shall be a landlord, community owner, home owner, or tenant. All Board members shall be residents of the State, and such members shall serve at the pleasure of the authority that appointed such member.
The Trust Fund is to be used solely for the purposes set forth in the Manufactured Home Owners and Community Owners Act, which is found in Chapter 70, Title 25 Del Code.Important Information Regarding the CPI-U
The most recent CPI-U 36 month average is 1.8 % (The CPI-U remains unchanged as of 22, July 2014).
The CPI-U average will be updated every other month.
